Francesco Holecz, Co-founding owner and CEO. Master and Ph.D. degrees in Geography, both from the Remote Sensing Laboratories, University of Zurich, Switzerland. Research Associate at the NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratories. Expertise in SAR, interferometry, polarimetry, data fusion, and land applications.
Paolo Pasquali, Co-founding owner, President and Technical Director. Master and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering, both from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Research Assistant at the Remote Sensing Laboratories (RSL), University of Zurich, Switzerland. Expertise in SAR, interferometry, polarimetry, signal processing, and land applications.
Stefano Monaco, Senior Software Engineer, Computer Scientist, Master in Computer Science, University of Milano, Italy. Extensive experience in telecommunication systems and object-oriented software development.
Massimo Barbieri, Earth Observation Application Engineer. Master in Geology, University of Rome "La Sapienza", Italy. Extensive experience in SAR and optical data processing and analysis. Eight years of working activity carried out in the Earth Watching, Training and Project sections of the European Space Agency.
Alessio Cantone, Earth Observation Engineer. Master in Telecommunication and Remote Sensing Engineering, University of Trento, Italy. Expertise in signal and image processing.
Paolo Riccardi, Earth Observation Engineer. BSc in Telecommunication and Remote Sensing Engineering, University of Pavia, Italy. Expertise in image processing.
Loris Copa, Earth Observation Application Engineer. Master in Environment, University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Expertise in analysis, monitoring, and modelization of environmental hazards.
Marco Defilippi, Earth Observation Engineer. BSc in Telecommunication and Remote Sensing Engineering, University of Pavia, Italy. Expertise in image processing.

Deborah Santoro, Administrative coordinator. Competent in 4 languages she oversees all administrative and financial aspects of the company and provides secretarial support.

Gabriele Calastri, Senior Associate and Member of the Board. Master in Surveying and Cartography at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Geomatics Engineering and Land Surveyor. Expertise in Geographic Information System applications and geodata description languages.
Charles Crosthwaite Eyre, Senior Associate. He has a long association with the forestry sector, initially in the 1980's and 90's as a developer and supplier of ca. 70% of the global requirements of biological forest pest management products, subsequently in the development of the voluntary and mandatory forest carbon market and latterly, he was involved in the development of Earth Observation based applications for the forestry and carbon sector.
Pascal Vinard, Senior Associate. He helds both M.Sc. and Ph.D. in geosciences and hydrosciences. His expertise is geared at environmental studies and geodynamics and covers a large variety of application areas, such as risk and disaster management, chemical and radioactive waste disposal, geothermy, mining and oil exploration, soil and rock mechanics. In the European space arena, he was Swiss government representative at the European Space Agency and senior manager of a larger industrial space company.
Claude Heimo, Senior Associate. He is a natural resource management and environmental conservation specialist who has worked twenty years with international development agencies (FAO, IFAD, UNDP and Regional Development Banks), including nine years with World Bank and GEF. He has extensive experience in the development of regional and national-level natural resources and environmental conservation-related planning and policy programs.
Cristina Furrer-Pasquali, Senior Associate. Master in Communication & Economics, Ph.D. in Communication, University of Lugano, Switzerland. Particular experience in the fields of auditing, consultancy, media, and journalism.
